      Mastercard's Global Destination Cities Index covers global cross-border travel and spending among the 132 cities . City level international overnight arrivals are those who actually stay in the destination city for at least one night. The sources for city level overnight arrivals by foreign visitors are typically the National Statistics Boards of the relevant countries or their Tourism Boards. In most cases the estimated visitor spend at the city level was directly sourced from official statistics, or estimated using data from national and international visitor surveys.
