Statistics Netherlands

Statistics Netherlands (CBS) enables people to have debates on social issues on the basis of reliable statistical information.The mission of CBS is to publish reliable and coherent statistical information which responds to the needs of Dutch society. The responsibility of CBS is twofold: firstly, to compile (official) national statistics and secondly to compile European (community) statistics.

The results are broken down by region and discipline. Data available from: 1999. Status of the figures: The figures for 2016 and 2017 are preliminary. All other figures are final. Changes as of December 2018: The preliminary figures for 2017 are added. When will new figures be published? In the fourth quarter the preliminary figures of the preceding year will be published and the figures of the year before get a final status.
