According to OECD, IMF, UN and EC, the inflation rate fixed for 2016 of about 1.3 percent was the lowest in last 7 years. Still, the inflation grew up in 2017 and this upward trend is continuing. According to all the sources, further slight growth of the consumer price inflation in Australia is expected. IMF Forecast and OECD Long-term Forecast show that it will stop increasing and stabilize by 2021.
